A separate system tray application, “Papers Citations” handles quotes generation. After a simple library query, results are formatted according to the chosen style. This streamlined experience really saves a lot of time.
Another thing to note is that the program comes with more than 7.000 citation styles! The great thing is that the commonly used Chicago and Harvard standards are also available.
The program is, therefore, well suited for general articles, as well as for highly specific areas of knowledge.

Papers is overall a good program for managing articles. The interface is clean and well suited for the purpose; the integration with Google Scholar works flawlessly and the citation generator is simply marvelous at saving time.
